The New York Times made a woman's dream of being an 'anonymous source' come true

As Gabrielle once sang, “Dreams can come true”.

TODAY, THE NEW York Times published an article about how bathrooms in New York’s Port Authority Bus Terminal have been spruced up.

Journalist James Barron spoke to some commuters to see what they made of the new and improved loo situation.

Rather hilariously, he spoke to one woman who “always wanted to be an anonymous source”. And so, The New York Times did what any self-respecting publication would do and granted her anonymity.

See, everybody? Dreams really do come true.

The anonymous woman then reported her findings by e-mail in a brilliantly spy-like manner.

Black shiny granite-y sink. Arched faucets by Sloan. Tasteful slate gray and powder gray tiles.

Take a bow, Deep Throat.
